Have you read this book? The Help, by Katherine Stockett?
I devoured it in 2 days. At first I didn't think I could read a book about the "civil rights" era. I sometimes can't handle the black and white issue. It makes me angry that white people felt superior to the black people during a certain time in our countrie's history and it caused them to treat them terribly.
That my friends, is another topic for another day.
Back to the book. Or more importantly the movie, which is coming out in August.
I thought you might like the trailer. I highly reccomend that you read the book before seeing the movie. Because as we know, the book is ALWAYS better than the movie.
