Good Morning!
Ready for some coffee?
I'm a little behind with my blogging, so let's catch up shall we?
The weather has been FABULOUS here in Arkansas. We're talking in the 70's yesterday and today and still warm days the rest of the week! And you can believe that this girl has some serious Spring Fever.
And yes, I got my tootsies ready for sandals :)
There is another person in this house who has spring fever and that would be the hubberooni. He's ordered somewhere near a zillion seeds for our garden.
Over the weekend he was busy getting our more seeds started indoors.
Have you had any of the Dove chocolate candies? I'm a big fan of the dark chocolate squares for just a little sweetness, but nothing overboard. I get a kick out of the messages they put in their wrappers. Like little cheer leaders :)
Last week Charlie woke me up at an un-Godly hour and wanted to go outside. When we came back in, he went straight to sleep, snoring and everything. I could not go back to sleep to save my life. So instead I ate cold spaghetti and browsed instagram. Crazy beagle!
When I was cleaning up the craft room/office I found these fans. I think my mom gave them to me. Aren't they a hoot? I know you know which one if my favorite right? How could it not be! :)
I try and have something sweet made for the hubs to enjoy over the weekend and without a doubt, pumpkin pie is his FAVORITE! I make them so much I have the recipe memorized. Someday soon I'll share it.
Well, that's about all I have for today.
How was your weeked? Anything exciting planned for this week?
Take care and thanks for coffee!

SEEDS!!!! How fun...I wish I can do some gardening but we won't be staying here for long...Thanks for having us over for coffee. It was my first time participating. nice to meet you, have a great week..Mica
ReplyDeleteRachel,That seed starter kit is so cute! Where did you get that?
ReplyDeleteA garden! That's one of the things I'll miss about our old home. We won't have the space for that this year. :(
ReplyDeleteI have a candy dish with those little Dove's chocolates. They are the perfect size!
oh! i love the little message in the candy wrapper - so sweet!! and i love the library fans - libraries are closing all over the UK - another 'useful' measure by the government... but i won't get on my soapbox here :)
ReplyDeletethanks for coffee xx
@Mica, thank you so much for coffee as well! Hope to see you again soon!
ReplyDelete@Nikki, I scored that seed starter kit at our local Dollar General. But I've seen them at Home Depot and Walmart too. We like them because when the seed is ready you can plant the whole thing in the ground and the container desolves.
@Anna, the chocolates get me in trouble! I try not to buy them too much, but I love them! Maybe you can find a good farmer's market to substitute your garden?
@Claire, closing libraries! I hate that! I LOVE LOVE LOVE going to the library.
Thank you all for coffee! Have a great day!
The pumpkin pie looks so delish! I wish I could grow, well, anything :) I have more of a brown thumb. We have been having gorgeous weather here in Kansas as well, but my tootsies aren't very sandal ready. Thanks for the coffee!
